Top Tip: Peel ripe bananas, cut them in half, place in a zip lock bag and place them in the freezer. Use in smoothies straight from the freezer.

  • Yields: 1 Serve

Ingredients

1 heaped tablespoon of vanilla protein powder

1/2 frozen banana

1 mandarin

1/4 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup filtered water

1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

1Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
