1Blend the nuts in your food processor to a crunchy meal.
2Add cacao, dates and a pinch of salt in to the blender and blend thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.
3Add in the water – more or less depending on the consistency. You need the balls to stick together, but still be able to roll them.
4Use a tablespoon to scoop out mixture and roll into individual balls. The balls can also be rolled in additional chopped nuts or cacao powder for a fancy finish.
5Roll them with the palm of your hands and keep in the fridge.
6Store in the fridge to keep the balls fresh and to stop them from becoming too soft and sticky.
